How to | Southern Suburbs Camera Club

The Club technical person will assist you to sign up with Photovaultonline.com. Once you have signed up log in.
Go to "My Photovault" and upload your new images. You will be prompted to tag the images.
Click on "My Clubs" and "My Club Entries" - If the event is open it will be displayed. Click "Enter"
You may enter 4 images per Club Night made up of any combination of Color or Mono. The only rule is that at least 1 image MUST be Mono.
Fill in the required info and go to "Upload Images"
Upload your 4 images
Click on "Finalise my entry"
You will receive a confirmation email
Images must be 1MB Maximum and the size is 1920 (W) x 1080 (H) Maximum on either width or height
Images are scored on a sliding scale by 3 judges. Each judge scores out of 15 to total 45

Go to the Photographic Society of South Africa Website https://www.pssa.co.za
Click on SALONS, SALON CALENDAR & RESULTS, FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE
Scroll down and select a Salon you wish to enter.
Open the Brochure, read up which categories are offered, the definitions of categories, sizes of images and general rules.
These will vary slightly in each Salon. Also note the banking details.
Decide which images you want to enter and prepare your images.
Make payment for the number of images you are going to enter.
Save or scan the proof of payment so that it is ready to upload to Photo Vault.
Sign into Photo Vault and upload your images to MY PHOTO VAULT.
Go to MY ENTRIES, SALONS and select the Salon you wish to enter
Click on GO TO MY EVENT ENTRIES.
Fill in the details ie: PSSA number if you have one, number of photos / categories entered etc.
Browse and upload your proof of payment.
Select your nominated photo club - Southern Suburbs
Click on SAVE DETAILS/UPLOAD PROOF OF PAYMENT AND CONTINUE TO PHOTOS
Add your photos to each category and click FINALISE ENTRY.
You will receive a confirmation email.
